New Study Reveals Potential Link Between Gut Bacteria and Mental Health 

Mental health is a hot topic in the world today. And, as it turns out, there may be a link between gut bacteria and mental health. A recent study conducted by researchers from the University of South Australia has revealed a potential connection between the gut microbiome and mental health. Researchers from the university analysed the gut microbiomes of 40 people over a 12-week period and found that there was a significant change in the mental health of those individuals who had a significant change in their gut microbiome.
